本设备是用来将路灯杆的小端缩口成一段等径管,用于安装灯具或插接叉杆.设备为液压驱动,配有自动衬芯机构,不但可以收缩外径,也可收缩内径.

灯杆收口焊机

此焊机通常适用于焊接多边形和圆形锥形灯杆。本焊机是自动焊接线，小车配有可调速电机，可以牵引灯杆，从小头到大头运动。液压油缸通过机械链条和链轮，促使压轮收紧灯杆，同时进行焊接。

机器包含以下部分：
